Teen Fitness, Teen Health and College Health – Stop Resting and Exercise

Let’s examine something quite simple. Training to lose weight and improve fitness for teenagers. Novel Idea! Going to the gym and working out will improve college health and teen health. However, teen health won’t necessarily improve with exercise, and teen college health and fitness won’t improve just because people exercise.

Teen health, teen fitness, and college health are nearing a breaking point in our society. If the college health does not improve, the freshman 15 will become the sophomore 30. If the physical fitness of adolescents does not improve, then cancer, heart and brain problems will become greedy in the next generation.

That’s how it is. The health of today’s adolescents could save the lives of tomorrow’s children. (Perfect example: the fitness and health of teenagers is so bad that type II diabetes was CREATED because of it.) And college health is so bad that there’s an excuse (the “top 15”) for overweight students to be the norm.

It’s not in the numbers. Adolescent health and college health will not improve simply by exercising. The physical condition of adolescents will improve if students exercise correctly, not just if they exercise.

Exercising to improve college health and fitness for teens is not an hour and a half exercise session. The only way to improve teen health is not on the treadmill or elliptical. Teen fitness can be fixed with a half hour workout at a time.
