Compared to competitive portable ice makers on the market, NewAir’s AI-210W produced 33% more ice per cycle and 25% more per day. Twelve pieces of ice were produced per cycle, and for ease of operation, a direct water line was not required. To make ice, we simply poured bottled or tap water into the tank and waited for the ice to appear in about six minutes.
Included with the NewAir AI-210W was a removable ice bin and ice scoop, as well as self-cleaning features. When we had enough ice, the unused water in the tank was emptied through the side drain. When we needed to store the unit or transport it to another location, we lifted the unit up by its recessed side handles.
Our product team got to test drive the NewAir AI-210W at our annual company summer party and we were amazed at how quickly this unit delivered ice to us.
