Elmo is one of the most popular Sesame Street characters of all time. You might remember Elmo’s tickle craze with some people reselling their pre-purchased Elmo for a big margin just before Christmas. Still, it’s not that bad as it showed just how good the products were. So now you need to host an Elmo themed party. Well luckily it’s pretty easy to do, first of all, the color of choice is red, the same as Elmo. An Elmo party menu will be just as tasty if you plan it right in advance. Start everyone off with some delicious Elmo Sugar Cookies with Furry Frosting! Just make a regular frosting, add some red food coloring, and lots of grated cocoanut to give it that furry monster look. Since Sesame Street is all about learning how to mix up some alphabet soup for Elmo fans to drink at the party. On the side it has a spicy Stromboli, Elmo style. Stromboli for your Elmo party menu is quick and easy. Follow whatever white bread recipe you want, and while you’re at it, mix in a few drops of red food coloring. Roll out the dough and lightly butter or grease it. Layer a thick layer of your favorite Italian meats and cheeses like provolone, mozerella, pepperoni, and ham on top of the rolled dough. Roll it up again and place in a lightly greased skillet. Lightly grease the outside of the Stromboli and place it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
