This month I will focus on a triple review of the Trois trilogy. Trois One, Two, and Three are highly provocative stories of sexual adventure and suspense, some better than others. Each one starring African-American actors. And each movie features highly erotic sex scenes and interesting stories that are engaging and engaging at all times; Each story has elements of a three familiar theme.
Trois 1 – The first installment in the highly erotic trilogy is full of many twists and turns. The story centers on an attractive young couple, Jermaine and Jasmine (Gary Dourdan and Kenya Moore), who moved to Atlanta. Jermaine convinced Jasmine to try a threesome with another woman to spice things up; their relationship spiraled downhill and realized that having a threesome was a
error. He found himself in a Fatal Attraction type situation, except that the other woman was more interested in his wife. Both Jermaine and Jasmine revealed secrets about each other’s sexual past that they wished they were left alone. This movie is very erotic and has a very compelling story. This independent film has good acting and good cinematography. It is understandable how this film sets a standard for excellence and is the first in the Trois trilogy.
Trois 2: Pandora’s Box – begins with a very erotic and very intense shower sex scene that soon ended when there was a murder; therefore, the handsome Tyson Bedford only had one cameo in this movie. The story centered on Tammy, the wife of the murdered man and also the psychologist (Mia). The two women find themselves connected in a web of deception when Tammy becomes Mia’s patient. Tammy wanted Mia to help her cope with the leftover feelings related to her husband’s murder. Meanwhile, the police suspected that Tammy was involved in the murder and asked Mia to discuss with them any relevant information from her therapy sessions.
Dr. Mia overheard Tammy talk about her sex life and the many sexual escapades she shared with her late husband. Mia began to realize that her own love life was in trouble. Tammy convinced her to experience the swingers lifestyle. Tammy invited her to “Pandora’s Box”, a sexually charged swingers club. Mia reluctantly agreed to visit Pandora’s Box, but was overwhelmed by what she saw – orgies, drugs, nudity, BDSM, and gay sex – in a highly sexually charged environment. While wandering through Pandora’s Box, he saw a man who was familiar to him. She was intrigued and was seduced by him. She knew having sex with him was bad, but she couldn’t resist. At that time, the story had many twists and turns that made it more interesting. Mia realized that sometimes things may not be what they seem. She found herself caught up in emotions and left to make a very serious decision that changed her life as she knew it.
There is a profound flaw in the initial story line when it comes to the love triangle the doctor finds herself in, but it all became clear towards the end of the film. So this made the movie even more interesting because it didn’t end exactly as expected. The acting in this movie was very good, better than the other two in the trilogy. The cinematography was done very well. The male leads (Michael Jai White, Kristoff St. John, and Tyson Beckford) made me wish I was a character in this movie to experience the sexual pleasures that Dr. Mia and Tammy had experienced. This installment was well written, but also very twisted: an exciting journey to the end.
Trois 3: The Escort: This latest installment was more urban contemporary than the previous ones. Trent, a concert promoter and law school dropout, found himself in trouble when his dealings with gangsters resulted in something that had the potential to turn deadly. Trent agreed to work as an escort to earn extra money.
Once again in Trios lore, this installment is twisted, but more towards the end. The escort service lady was very controlling and trapped him because she seemed to have special “feelings” for him. He found the escort as an escape from his parents’ expectations of him, but he soon realized that his choices had serious consequences for which he was unprepared.
The beginning of the film was somewhat slow compared to the first two installments. And the story line and the acting were kind of “weak”. The cinematography was good. I wouldn’t have seen it if I hadn’t already seen the first two installments. One of the best aspects of this film was the very attractive main characters Brian J. White (from Motives 2 – Retribution) and Patrice Fisher (from Zane’s Sex Chronicles).
Summary: What was an added bonus for each of these movies was the attractive actors as I said above. I cannot deny that these three films were very erotic and very sexy. There was nothing subtle about the sex scenes. Especially in the delivery of Pandora’s Box. Mr. Tyson Bedford made a brief but memorable cameo at the beginning during a steamy shower scene that still loops in my mind.
