Touring the West Rim
The plane ride to the West Rim allows you about 2.5 hours to explore the trails and scenic overlooks on foot. There are many hiking trails so you’ll find something to match your fitness level, however be sure to wear appropriate shoes and clothing for the weather conditions. The Glass Skywalk is the most famous viewpoint on the West Rim because it extends beyond the edge of the Canyon’s rock face.
