Dr. Oz – Why Men Should Choose Acai Fat Burners Over Fat or Carb Blockers – Oprah Show

“Dieting” among men has been something of a silent term in recent decades, as the weight loss market has been flooded with feminine recipes, diets, and supplements, from Jenny Craig’s egg whites to Oprah’s Acai berry, but as Oprah reported on her show recently, this trend is slowly beginning to change. For the first time ever, men are now beginning to voice their concerns in society and this is reflected online as the market slowly begins to grow.

Men, however, approach losing weight not in terms of “dieting” but in terms of “exercise.” The term diet implies femininity as opposed to a workout that men feel takes on a much more masculine approach, implying a long-term operation.

Dr. Oz explains that men, in fact, have a much better chance of losing weight faster and more successfully than women, since they don’t experience the cravings and binges of women acting as accessories in the first place. emotional, but because they have a higher metabolic rate than women, this in turn means they burn fat much faster.

Dr. Mehemet Oz argues that this is why men should choose a fat burner to help increase the rate at which they lose weight over a fat blocker or carb blocker that actually offers a relatively small chance over the course of a year.

Xenical, the prescription weight loss pill found in Alli, a slightly diluted version, is argued to block up to 24% of your fat by restricting the breakdown of fatty acids.

There are 3 downsides to Alli. The first is that if you are on a low fat diet then they are useless. Second, you will need to take a multivitamin as this pill blocks vitamin A, B, E, and K and essential healthy fats and third, you will experience treatment effects including diarrhea and bloating.

Carb blockers, on the other hand, while not FDA-approved, are debatable. Derived from the ingredient phaseolamin extracted from white kidney beans, they’re meant to reduce the breakdown of certain starch enzymes, but there are simply too many of these in your gastric system for a pill to block, so the results will be barely noticeable.

Carb blockers also have similar effects to Alli, such as bloating. The feeling basically resembles eating a ton of beans.

As Dr. Oz explains, removing 2 out of 3 of the most important macronutrients from your diet is simply not wise. It takes a combination of fat, carbs, and protein for men to lose weight in a healthy way or convert that body fat into body mass, which is what most men aim to achieve rather than just lose some flab.

This is the reason why fat burners are the much more preferable option as they help increase your metabolic rate which means you burn fat much faster.

Some men decide to opt for prescription fat burning pills, but due to the high concentrations of green tea and caffeine, the jittery and dizzy effects are unavoidable.

The alternative to prescription fat burners that Dr. Oz recommends are some of the latest natural fat burners that help speed up a man’s metabolic rate while lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
