If you are looking to learn some of the exercises in the Charles Atlas workout, in this article you will discover two of the most popular Charles Atlas exercises.

When you’ve finished reading this article, you can use these two exercises to strengthen your body at home with very little equipment.

First, we are going to discuss an exercise that Atlas himself called “Dipping”, then we are going to explain a triceps exercise that will quickly add an inch to your arms.

So let’s start explaining how you can use the Charles Atlas training right now at home.

The first exercise is called a dip. To do this exercise, you will need two sturdy chairs.

1. Place two chairs about 18 inches apart from each other.

2. Place one hand on each of the chairs with your arms outstretched, your toes on the floor, and your body in a bent position.

3. Slowly lower yourself between the two chairs, then push up as you exhale.

4. Keep your body as rigid as possible and as low as possible between your chairs. Perform eight reps and then rest for 1 min.

Do four sets of eight reps when you start. This exercise will help you quickly build your chest muscles.

Now we are going to build our arms specifically, they are the triceps muscles. That’s the muscle in the back of your arms, behind your biceps.

Triceps Dips

1. Take one of the chairs and place the front end in front of you.

2. Turn your back to the chair and place each hand on the edge of the chair.

3. With your legs extended, slowly lower your body down as far as possible.

Perform eight repetitions of this exercise for four sets.

You can do these two exercises twice a week at first. To add more muscle size and strength, you can also add isometric exercises. One of the best ways to do this is to use an isometric exerciser like the ISO7X or the Bully Xtreme 4.

When it comes to isometric exercise equipment, in our opinion, Bully Xtreme 4 is the best isometric exerciser. It comes with a lifetime defects warranty unlike the ISO7X, which has no warranty. Plus, you also get a full-color wall chart on the unit that lets you perform over 82 exercises, all in the comfort and convenience of your home.

These are just a few of the exercises in the Charles Atlas workout that you can easily do to get started.
