Here’s how to flatten and tone all problem areas that are RESISTANT to regular exercises. I’m going to outline some simple things that you can do to make a big impact on improving your body.

1. My favorite toning and weight loss exercise is jumping on a mini trampoline.

Besides the fact that it is known as the best exercise to reduce cellulite, it is a comprehensive body toning exercise. This equipment helps you be more consistent with your exercise because you use it at home. But besides that, you can do it whenever you have a few free moments.

Who said workouts should last between 20 and 60 minutes? They do not do it. In fact, the best way to boost your metabolism is by doing a bunch of mini-workouts instead of 1 long workout.

So the best advice I recommend is to use the mini-trampoline in mini-workouts that range from 2-5 minutes at a time … and get a good 25-30 minutes a day jumping on it. This could be as simple as jumping on him during 12 TV commercials.

2. Walk on a treadmill, GOAL …

you have to be willing to make the most of it. Walking normally = great for maintaining your weight. Walk inclined = AWESOME for rapid fat loss.

My suggestions … walk for 20 to 30 minutes on a 15 to 20 degree incline about 4 times a week … or more if possible. To even add a gimmick to this, you can walk backwards. This confuses the body, and in that sense, it actually burns more calories.
