Are topical or transdermal fat loss creams for real?

I can say from experience that topical fat loss creams are real. They don’t reduce blemishes per se, but they push “sticky fat” out of hard-to-lose areas like love handles, lower abs, and man boobs. In men, we naturally retain fat in certain areas due to body chemistry.

There are certain supplements that, when taken in high enough doses, can stimulate the body’s ability to burn these fat deposits. The main supplement that works very well for burning “sticky” fat is yohimbine hydrochloride. The problem is taking a high enough dose systemically, that is. Eating enough often causes negative side effects such as nausea and nervousness.

The solution is to administer the yohimbine hydrochloride through a hydroalcoholic gel. Bodybuilders have known for years that this is the solution to getting absolutely defined in problem areas, especially the lower abs.

Many pseudo-gynecomastia patients, ie. Man boobs could benefit from transdermal creams if their overall body fat levels are around 10%, but they can’t seem to get rid of lower chest fat. Most formulations contain caffeine, as yohimbine hydrochloride will tend to retain some water at the site of application. Caffeine acts as a diuretic.

I have taken Yohimbine HCL orally and through topical cream. I can say that the tablets caused an improvement in sexual function, but a nominal weight loss. The transdermal creams made with yohimbine hydrochloride worked very well, especially on my lower chest.

After being on testosterone replacement therapy for years, I developed gynecomastia and was often embarrassed to take my shirt off. Since the problem was fat and not a hard glandular cyst, transdermal fat loss creams helped mobilize fat and strengthen my overall chest.

You still need to follow a very clean diet, with plenty of water, protein, and fasting cardio, but results can be improved with topical fat-loss creams. I use the cream twice a day after getting out of the shower. It helps if you clean the target area with a body scrub.

The gel has a menthol-like odor and an icy feel. I often sweat more during cardiovascular exercise while using the gel as well. There are many before and after pictures on bodybuilding forums showing the effects of transdermal gels for fat loss.

For topical fat loss gels to work, you have to be dedicated and religiously dieting, but the results are well worth it.
